If you miss your appointment without notice, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25*. This fee will be added to your patient account and is expected to be paid in full at the time of your next office visit.
We ask that you contact our clinic at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling on short notice or with no notice prevents other patients from being seen during these times.
*Please note that multiple no show occurrences may result in discharge from the clinic.
